At one Beijing eatery, they cook dishes across all eight major Chinese cuisines, mix cocktails or fruit tea in two minutes, and even rap, sing and dance to entertain diners. "We've developed more than 50 dishes, and robots can precisely control the heat," said a company representative.        Beyond trendy venues, robots are also being deployed in nursing homes. Here they help prepare meals, assist with daily care, and even act as rehabilitation therapists, massaging 74 acupuncture points with voice-controlled intensity.    However, the technology still has limitations.
